Vincent L. Bacchetta, a Certified Public Accountant who has been in the public
accounting arena for well over 20 years, established Bacchetta & Company,
LLC in October 2003. Vincent Bacchetta was a partner in a local CPA firm
from 1993 through 2003. During the course of his career he has developed a
skill set that can best be described as a passionate, personable business quality
that is immediately evident after one meeting or phone conversation. His
ability to communicate technical concepts and strategy in a way that others can
comprehend is a quality that has contributed tremendously towards forging
long-term client relationships. He and his staff continue to build and develop

practice established by the AICPA. The opinion expressed places our firm in
